Recovery

Sec. 541.252. RECOVERY. A plaintiff who prevails in a class action under this subchapter may recover: (1) court costs and attorney's fees reasonable in relation to the amount of work expended in addition to actual damages; (2) an order enjoining the act or failure to act; and (3) any other relief the court determines is proper.
