Purpose

Sec. 542.201. PURPOSE. This subchapter is intended to encourage insurers to take appropriate and necessary steps to collect from third parties or the insurers of the third parties. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2005.
