Fees For Driving Safety Course

Sec. 543.115. FEES FOR DRIVING SAFETY COURSE. (a) A driving safety course may not be provided to a student for less than $25. (b) A course provider shall charge each student a fee for course materials and for overseeing and administering the course. The fee may not be less than $3.
