Violation

Sec. 543.206. VIOLATION. A violation by a judicial officer of this subchapter may constitute misconduct in office and may be grounds for removal from the officer's position. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
