Records of Allegations of Fraud Or Abuse

Sec. 544.0054. RECORDS OF ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD OR ABUSE. The commission shall maintain a record of all allegations of fraud or abuse against a provider containing the date each allegation was received or identified and the source of the allegation, if available. The record is confidential under Section 544.0259(e) and is subject to Section 544.0259(f). Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2025.
