Sec. 544.0113. PROGRAM EXCLUSIONS. The office of inspector general, in consultation with this state's Medicaid fraud control unit, shall establish guidelines under which program exclusions: (1) may permissively be imposed on a provider; or (2) shall automatically be imposed on a provider.
