Commission Action Following Determination of Violation

Sec. 544.0403. COMMISSION ACTION FOLLOWING DETERMINATION OF VIOLATION. If after an investigation the commission determines that an individual violated Section 544.0402, the commission shall: (1) notify the individual of the alleged violation not later than the 30th day after the date the commission completes the investigation and provide the individual with an opportunity for a hearing on the matter; or (2) refer the matter to the appropriate prosecuting attorney for prosecution.
