Sec. 545.0001. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Integrated system" means the integrated eligibility determination and service delivery system that is implemented under the integration plan. (2) "Integration plan" means the plan to integrate services and functions relating to eligibility determination and service delivery required by Section 545.0002.
