Sec. 546.0151. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "community-based organization" includes: (1) an area agency on aging; (2) an independent living center; (3) a municipality, county, or other local government; (4) a nonprofit or for-profit organization; or (5) a community mental health and intellectual disability center.
