Sec. 546.0217. PROCEDURES FOR PLACEMENT REVIEWS. The executive commissioner by rule shall develop procedures for conducting the reviews required by Sections 546.0215(c) and (d) and 546.0216. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2025.
