Issuance of Materials To Certain Long-Term Care Facilities

Sec. 546.0302. ISSUANCE OF MATERIALS TO CERTAIN LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES. The executive commissioner shall: (1) review the commission's methods for issuing informational letters, policy updates, policy clarifications, and other related materials to an entity licensed under Chapter 103, Human Resources Code, or Chapter 242, 247, 248A, or 252, Health and Safety Code; and (2) develop and implement more efficient methods to issue those materials, as appropriate.
