Agency Implementation of Recommendations

Sec. 547.0104. AGENCY IMPLEMENTATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS. As appropriate, the person responsible for adopting rules for an agency described by Section 547.0103(a) shall implement the recommendations in the report created under Section 547.0103 by: (1) adopting rules; (2) implementing policy changes; and (3) entering into memoranda of understanding with other agencies.
