Matching Grant Program

Sec. 547.0402. MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM. The commission shall establish a matching grant program to provide a grant to a county-based community collaborative in the most populous county in this state to reduce: (1) recidivism by, the frequency of arrests of, and incarceration of individuals with mental illness; and (2) the total wait time for forensic commitment of individuals with mental illness to a state hospital.
