Sec. 547.0501. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Inpatient mental health facility" has the meaning assigned by Section 571.003, Health and Safety Code. (2) "Matching grant program" means the matching grant program established under this subchapter. (3) "State hospital" has the meaning assigned by Section 552.0011, Health and Safety Code.
