Air-Conditioning Equipment Standards

Sec. 547.103. AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT STANDARDS. The department may adopt safety requirements, rules, and specifications that: (1) apply to air-conditioning equipment; and (2) correlate with and conform as closely as possible to recommended practices or standards approved by the Society of Automotive Engineers.
