Sec. 548.0109. EFFECT ON OTHER REQUIREMENTS. This subchapter does not affect any requirement relating to: (1) a rural health clinic; or (2) physician delegation to an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant of the authority to carry out or sign prescription drug orders.
