Medicaid Prescription Drug Use and Expenditure Patterns

Sec. 549.0052. MEDICAID PRESCRIPTION DRUG USE AND EXPENDITURE PATTERNS. The commission shall: (1) monitor and analyze Medicaid prescription drug use and expenditure patterns; (2) identify the therapeutic prescription drug classes and individual prescription drugs that are most often prescribed to patients or that represent the greatest expenditures; and (3) post the data the commission identifies under this section on the commission's Internet website and update the information on a quarterly basis.
