Sec. 549.0308. RULES FOR BOARD OPERATION. (a) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules governing the board's operation, including: (1) rules governing the procedures the board uses to provide notice of a meeting; and (2) rules prohibiting the board from discussing confidential information described by Subchapter D in a public meeting.
