Sec. 549.0402. PROVISION OF PROGRAM INFORMATION BY PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY. Each pharmaceutical company that does business in this state and that offers a patient assistance program shall inform the commission of: (1) the existence of the program; (2) the eligibility requirements for the program; (3) the drugs covered by the program; and (4) information used for applying for the program, such as a telephone number.
