Sec. 55.022. DISTRICT WHOLLY WITHIN ONE COUNTY. The commissioners court of a county, at any regular or called session, may create one or more water improvement districts in the county as provided by this subchapter. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 428, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
