Sec. 55.131. PERMIT FEE. (a) The commission shall prescribe a fee for an original permit or renewal of a permit. (b) The amount of the original permit fee must be reasonable and cover the enforcement cost to the commission but may not exceed $500. (c) The fee for renewal of a permit may not exceed $100.
