Sec. 55.244. JUDICIAL NOTICE OF RULES AND REGULATIONS. The courts shall take judicial notice of rules and regulations made and adopted under this subchapter. The rules and regulations shall be considered to be similar in nature to valid penal ordinances of a city. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 449, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
