Sec. 55.308. CONSISTENCY WITH FEDERAL LAW. Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter, rules adopted by the commission under this subchapter shall be consistent with applicable federal laws and rules. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1212, Sec. 22, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
