Sec. 55.505. NOTICE TO ATTORNEY GENERAL. (a) Notice of a validation suit shall be served on the attorney general in the manner provided for serving a notice in civil suits. (b) The attorney general may waive service if he is furnished a full transcript of the proceedings held in the formation of the district and held in connection with the issuance of the bonds or the authorization of the contract with the United States and is furnished a copy of the contract.
