Sec. 55.654. DECISION AFTER HEARING. After the hearing, the board shall determine whether or not the tax is equitable and shall sustain, reduce, or increase the tax to an amount which in the board's judgment is equitable. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 484, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
