Sec. 55.655. APPLICABLE LAW. The provisions of this chapter relating to levy, assessment, and collection of taxes which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this subchapter shall apply. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 484, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
