Sec. 553.103. ANNUAL REPORT BY DEPARTMENT. (a) The department shall submit an annual report to the legislature. (b) The report shall include: (1) the number of program participants testing an artificial intelligence system in the program; (2) the overall performance and impact of artificial intelligence systems tested in the program; and (3) recommendations on changes to laws or regulations for future legislative consideration.
