Sec. 558.201. DUPLICATING LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE. Except as expressly provided under this subtitle, a person may not in any manner duplicate a license to practice pharmacy or a license renewal certificate. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
