Sec. 558.202. FALSE AFFIDAVIT. A person who falsely makes the affidavit prescribed by Section 558.051 or 558.101 is guilty of fraudulent and dishonorable conduct and malpractice. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
