Applicability of Subchapter

Art. 55A.051. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter applies to a person who has been placed under a custodial or noncustodial arrest for commission of a felony or misdemeanor if: (1) the person has been released; (2) the charge, if any, has not resulted in a final conviction and is no longer pending; and (3) there was no court-ordered community supervision under Chapter 42A for the offense, other than for a Class C misdemeanor.
