Sec. 56.122. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Board" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. (2) "Fund" means the student loan revenue bond fund. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 330, Sec. 1, eff. June 5, 1991.
