Definition

Sec. 56.201. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "permanent residential or business premises" means a premises that has permanent facilities for water, wastewater, and electricity. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 651, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
