Appeal

Sec. 56.307. APPEAL. If any claimant is not satisfied with the judgment of the commissioners court, he may appeal the judgment in the manner that cases are appealed from the justice court. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 526, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
