Sec. 57.051. CERTAIN PROVISIONS VOID. The following provisions contained in a dealer agreement are void: (1) any provision that purports to elect the application of a law of another state instead of the law of this state; and (2) any provision that requires a dealer to pay attorney's fees incurred by the supplier.
