Sec. 57.334. APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE TO FILL VACANCY. In case of death or resignation of a trustee, the commissioners court shall appoint a successor to fill the vacancy. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 30, 1971.
