Compensation of Court-Appointed Personnel

Sec. 571.017. COMPENSATION OF COURT-APPOINTED PERSONNEL. (a) The court shall order the payment of reasonable compensation to attorneys, physicians, language interpreters, sign interpreters, and associate judges appointed under this subtitle. (b) The compensation paid shall be taxed as costs in the case. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
