Sec. 571.065. FORMS. (a) The commission shall prescribe forms for statements and reports required to be filed with the commission. (b) The commission shall provide for the distribution of the forms. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
