Delegation of Authority

Sec. 571.075. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY. The commission by rule may delegate a power conferred on it by this chapter or another law administered by the commission, except: (1) any power requiring a vote of the commission; (2) rulemaking authority; or (3) authority to issue an advisory opinion under Subchapter D.
