Acknowledgment of Patient Delivery

Sec. 574.048. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PATIENT DELIVERY. The facility administrator, after receiving a copy of the writ of commitment and after admitting the patient, shall: (1) give the person transporting the patient a written statement acknowledging acceptance of the patient and of any personal property belonging to the patient; and (2) file a copy of the statement with the clerk of the committing court.
