Sec. 579.104. COMPENSATION. (a) Directors and officers serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of official duties. (b) Expenses reimbursed under this section must be: (1) reported in the district's minute book or other district records; and (2) approved by the board.
