Art. 58.208. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER TO POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS. This subchapter does not require a political subdivision to use a pseudonym in a report, file, or record that: (1) is not intended for distribution to the public; or (2) is not the subject of an open records request under Chapter 552, Government Code.
