Sec. 58.815. MEETING AS BOARD OF EQUALIZATION. At the time and place stated in the notice, the board shall meet and examine the tax roll. The board shall equalize as nearly as possible the value of all property for taxation and fix the value of all property for taxation. Added by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 1537, ch. 627, Sec. 1, eff.
