Preferred Rate Treatment Warranted

Sec. 59.075. PREFERRED RATE TREATMENT WARRANTED. The classes of customers described by Section 59.072(a) warrant preferred rate treatment. However, a rate charged for a service must cover the service's long run incremental cost. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
