Sec. 593.007. NOTIFICATION OF CERTAIN RIGHTS. The department shall inform the person who filed an application for a determination of an intellectual disability of the person's right to: (1) an independent determination of an intellectual disability under Section 592.020; and (2) an administrative hearing under Section 593.008 by the agency that conducted the determination of an intellectual disability to contest the findings.
