Sec. 593.011. FEES FOR SERVICES. (a) The department shall charge reasonable fees to cover the costs of services provided to nonindigent persons. (b) The department shall provide services free of charge to indigent persons. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
