Sec. 6.008. DEFENSES. (a) The defenses to a suit for divorce of recrimination and adultery are abolished. (b) Condonation is a defense to a suit for divorce only if the court finds that there is a reasonable expectation of reconciliation. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, Sec. 1, eff. April 17, 1997.
