Sec. 6.151. MANNER OF VOTING OF INTERESTS. Subject to the title governing the domestic entity, voting of interests of a domestic entity must be conducted in the manner provided by the governing documents of the entity. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
