Contempt

Sec. 6.506. CONTEMPT. The violation of a temporary restraining order, temporary injunction, or other temporary order issued under this subchapter is punishable as contempt. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, Sec. 1, eff. April 17, 1997.
