Sec. 60.028. QUALIFICATION AND BOND OF TEMPORARY DIRECTORS. Each temporary director shall execute a bond in accordance with Section 60.087 and shall take the oath of office. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1393, Sec. 1, eff. June 16, 2001.
