Sec. 60.057. PROPERTY. The district may acquire or dispose of property in any manner, including by: (1) conveyance; (2) mortgage; or (3) lease, as lessor or lessee. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1393, Sec. 1, eff. June 16, 2001.
